Description: The name and artwork is inspired by a fantastic climb in the Fontainebleau forests of France. Brewed to a West Coast style using an unconventional hop combination. We pumped up the IBUs and hopped this SIPA with Motueka, Rakau and Ekuanot. As an old-school IPA, the nose is dominated by tropical fruits but tastes piney with a resinous finish.
