Description: This beer was created by a mistake when «someone» accidently added a saison yeast to our lager beer. God knows how it happened, but our guess is that working 19 hrs. shift isn’t the best way of making beer. It was fermented at 10C which is not the ideal temperature for an ale yeast, but the beer came out surprisingly smooth with a hint of saison aroma and the clean taste of a lager. Will we do it again? It’s up to you to decide if we make it next summer.
